These terms govern your use of the We Deliver Laundry website and services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Service Description
We Deliver Laundry operates a laundry delivery service through our website and mobile applications. We provide laundry pickup, washing, folding, dry cleaning, and delivery services. We aim to return your laundry within 24 hours of pickup.
Account Requirements
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are required to provide valid payment information and maintain accurate account details. One account per household is permitted.
Pricing & Payment
The minimum order is $25. Weekly plan customers receive free pickup and delivery. Pay As You Go customers are charged a $9.95 transport fee per order. Prices are subject to change with notice.
All charges are final and non-refundable unless We Deliver Laundry determines otherwise. Payment disputes should be directed to hello@wedeliverlaundry.com.
Cancellation
Weekly plans can be cancelled at any time with no penalty or commitment.
Damaged Items
While we take great care with your garments, liability for damaged items is limited as follows:
- Maximum liability is ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that garment
- We Deliver Laundry will not be responsible for any reparation beyond $100.00
- Any single item will not be valued beyond $25.00 for reimbursement
Lost Items
Customers must report missing items within 24 hours of delivery to hello@wedeliverlaundry.com. We Deliver Laundry disclaims responsibility for items reported after this deadline.
Disclaimer
Services are provided “as is” without warranties. Users assume responsibility for inspecting received items. We Deliver Laundry is not responsible for items damaged due to pre-existing wear, improper labeling, or items left in pockets. Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, with exclusive jurisdiction in New York courts.
